Ellis B. Klein, Esquire is a partner and heads our criminal practice. He is a former Senior Deputy District Attorney with years of trial experience including involvement in over 7,500 criminal cases ranging from minor traffic offenses to homicide.

He has personally handled in excess of 3,500 DUI cases and is a former Assistant Chief of the Narcotics Prosecution Unit in which he handled more than 2,500 Narcotics cases. He has also handled in excess of 1,500 traffic cases and has been successful in reducing points in over 99% of the cases he has handled.

He maintains an excellent relationship with his former colleagues in the DA’s office, with all of the local police departments, and has appeared in court before the local judges in Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties on thousands of Criminal matters.

Mr. Klein is a lifelong Pennsylvania resident who currently resides with his wife, two daughters, and two dogs in Bucks County, PA. When Mr. Klein is not in court he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, playing tennis and listening to the Beatles. He achieved worldwide attention in 2000 when he successfully defended the infamous "Bucks County Bread Squeezer" in which the client was found not guilty of all criminal offenses by a jury. Coverage of this case appeared in local newspapers, Time magazine, CNN, Court TV and all of the local television stations.

Mr. Klein is a graduate of the Widener University School of Law where he was a two-year member of the Widener Law Review and served on the editorial board. He is also an active member of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and is a contributing attorney with Lawguru.com.

Gail N. Marr, Esquire is a former Assistant District Attorney with trial experience in over 3,000 criminal cases. She maintains an excellent relationship with the local police departments in Lehigh, Bucks, Montgomery and Northampton counties.

She has handled thousands of DUI cases, including bench and jury trial cases in Bucks, Lehigh, Montgomery and Northampton Counties as well as in Philadelphia and New Jersey. Ms. Marr is licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey State and Federal Courts.

Ms. Marr is a lifelong Bucks County resident who currently resides with her four children in Quakertown, PA.


Paul Lang

Paul is a graduate of the United States Coast Guard Academy and the University of Maryland, where he received his MBA and law degree. Paul is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior to practicing law, Paul was an investment banker, an officer in the U.S. Coast Guard who was retired as a decorated veteran after a line of duty law enforcement accident, and a 2006 State Senate Candidate. Paul remains active in the local community as a member of the Ancient Order of the Hibernians, a volunteer with Wills for Heroes, and a Truman National Security Fellow.
